Returns and Exchange
All Sunwise® products are made with quality materials to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction is something which we guarantee. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sunwise® online you may return your items within 14 days.
Please use the Sunwise® Returns Center under "My Order" to request a return or by clicking here. Use your order number and details of the item/items you wish to return and why. Items which have been damaged or abused cannot be returned.
Items returned within their original packaging undamaged and unused will be issued with a refund via the original method of payment. You will have to pay for the postage.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect orders
We pride ourselves on ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, please do not accept the goods from the courier.
If the item(s) ordered within the package are found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please contact the Sunwise Customer Care team on 01865 791470.
Contact Sunwise® Customer Care: Please use the Returns portals under the "My Order" tab on our website or by clicking here. You must include your order number, items you wish to return, and the reason why. alternatively, you can also call our Sunwise® Customer Care on +44 1865 714 620.
Package your Sunwise® items: to be returned in safe and secure packaging. The original order number must be written on the outside packaging as well as the inside on the original documentation. When returning items to us it is suggested to use a traceable or tracking service with insurance. Once you recieve a tracking number, please place this number into the returns portal. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods. Sunwise® will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Once your Items have been returned to Sunwise®: Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been assessed by a member of our team, we will issue the refund for the price of the item(s) to the original payment method. please not that that it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the fund to appear in your account.
Only items which have been bought through Sunwise® online can be returned. Purchases made through Sunwise® Official Authorised Stockists must be returned to the place of purchase.
